Jeremy has spent 20+ years at the intersection of music, operations, and brand strategy, starting on land as a talent buyer managing 260+ entertainment shifts monthly across casino properties in multiple states, before joining Virgin Voyages as part of the original brand launch team.
Over six years at Virgin Voyages, Jeremy built the brand’s sonic identity from the ground up across live performance, electronic programming, and environmental music strategy. He led the expansion of the entertainment ecosystem through one of the most disruptive periods in cruise industry history, scaling the operation by 611%.
Today, Jeremy oversees the global music strategy for Virgin Voyages, stewarding the iconic Virgin music legacy across four ships, the company’s private beach club, call centers, and international marketing activations. His work spans talent strategy, cultural programming, guest experience design, and global curation partnerships involving rotating rosters of musicians, DJs, and creative collaborators worldwide.
In 2025 and 2026, Virgin Voyages was named Best Cruise Line for Music Fans by Rolling Stone, with Jeremy featured in the magazine’s 2026 culture coverage examining the brand’s distinctive approach to music and experience.
