Jeremy has over two decades in the music industry as a performer, booking agent, manager, and now head of music for a global cruise brand under an iconic record label name – Virgin Voyages. He specializes in large-scale venue over large-cap venue operations, having at one time acted as a talent buyer responsible for the sourcing, contracting, and management of 260+ entertainment shifts monthly across three gaming properties in two states. Later on, he scaled Virgin's music operations 600% over six years (during arguably one of the most challenging times in the cruise industry.)

Today, Jeremy leads all music operations for Virgin Voyages – a global cruise brand currently running four ships, a private beach club, a main terminal in Miami, and satellite terminals around the globe. He owns the overall music strategy that touches on three points - live, electronic (DJs), and background music, overseeing the curation in each area as well as the overall operations to bring that curation to life. This includes 25 channels of music on each ship operating over 45 playlists of unique music as well as all terminal BGM and brand playlists on Spotify and Soundcloud, the hiring and onboarding of sixty-plus musicians performing daily around the world, and leadership of four Music Program Managers and a travel and logistics specialist shoreside.

Jeremy’s toolbox is deep, having earned his stripes as a working musician, award-winning graphic designer, and photojournalist who studied or worked under legends, he not only understands creatives but also how to get them to execute beyond what they think is possible. As a former business owner of a physical location and later an online store, he knows the hustle required to succeed in the marketplace, while his undergraduate studies in Music Business and MBA with a focus on Marketing Analytics give him the quantitative and theoretical resources to make more informed decisions chasing those goals.
